Le concept de sеcuritе collective en quelques mots

Le concept de sécurité collective repose sur un fait objectif qui part à la fois des connaissances élémentaires de la biologie et du regard que chacun peut porter sur sa propre mentalité. Cela permet d’affirmer que la base informationnelle et algorithmique de la conduite humaine comprend:

  1. Les instincts innés et les réflexes inconditionnels (au niveau intracellulaire et cellulaire ainsi qu’au niveau des tissus, des organes, des systèmes et de l’organisme entier), ainsi que leur expression façonnée par la culture.
  2. Les traditions culturelles qui sont elles-mêmes supérieures aux instincts.
  3. La raison personnelle qui est limitée par les sentiments et la mémoire.
  4. “L’intuition en général” – ce qui émerge des niveaux mentaux inconscients de l’individu, lui vient de la mentalité collective. Il est par ailleurs inspiré par des illusions du dehors et par une obsession au sens inquisiteur du mot.
  5. Le gouvernement divin qui est accompli dans les limites de la Providence, réalisé sur la base de tout ce qui précède à l’exception des illusions et de l’obsession qui fait des irruptions directes du dehors dans la mentalité d’autrui, contrairement au désir et à la volonté de son possesseur.

Il y a une place potentielle ou réelle pour tout cela dans la mentalité de tout individu. Il y a également ce qui rend l’humanité différente de la biosphère. Cependant ni la biologie, ni la psychologie, ni la sociologie n’en tiennent compte et les manuels scolaires ainsi que ceux de l’enseignement supérieur n’en parlent pas non plus. It can hardly be a secret that the modern civilization has createв a vast amount of different problems connected not only with ecology and biospherical crises – in the social life one can see no kind of well-being. And the matter is not only in somebody’s personal activities on depressing the biosphere and other people – the matter is in passivity, inactivity of others! And moreover, aims announced by a government often differ greatly from ones that the government really has. However, such a ruling (when the aims being achieved really differ from those, which a state power pretend to work for; and the aims achieved remain unknown even after their achievement; in the same time the aims declared are called “temporarily unachieved” because of some problemsWell, but “a problem preventing from achievement of some goal” from another point of view can be an aim of ruling realized by other subjects. ) cannot have place save in the society of people completely ignorant in politics and ruling. And such phrases as “But what can I done being alone?” which are told by the millions, or “Let the guys from the White House make people’s life better” cannot help to solve the problems. They just shows one’s agreement with the situation existing – they shows that one is agree to be ruled; that he or she is agree that some “elite” lives better than others even without any reasons for this; that he or she is agree not to understand how the society lives as if his or her own life were independent from the life of the humankind in whole. О Концепции общественной безопасности вкратце

Ни для кого не секрет, что современная цивилизация накопила массу проблем, связанных не только с биосферными и экологическими факторами, но и в социальной сфере никак нельзя увидеть благополучия. И дело не только в чьей-то персональной деятельности по угнетению биосферы и народов – дело в бездействии всех остальных! А также в том, что декларируемые правительством цели зачастую сильно отличаются от целей, реально стоящих перед ними. Но ведь осуществление такого управления, (в котором достигаемые цели отличаются от тех, на которые якобы работает государственный аппарат, причём эти достигаемые цели не афишируются даже после достижения, а оглашаемые цели провозглашаются « временно недостигнутыми», в силу тех или иных проблем; но то, что является с точки зрения одних проблемой, мешающей достичь той или иной цели, может быть целью управления других субъектов) возможно только в обществе политически и управленчески безграмотных людей. И отговорки вроде: «А что я один могу сделать?», звучащие из уст миллионов, или «Вот пускай правительство сделает так, чтобы всем было хорошо», не помогают разрешить проблему, они лишь показывают то, что отговаривающийся с текущим положением дел согласен – согласен, чтобы им управляли, чтобы какая-то «элита» жила лучше него, без особых на то причин и заслуг; согласен ничего не понимать в жизни общества в целом, так, словно его жизнь не зависит от жизни всего человечества. Но это не так.

Всякое общество так или иначе управляется, по какой причине глобальный исторический процесс возможно рассматривать в качестве глобального процесса управления, во-первых, объемлющего множество процессов региональных управлений (политик региональных государств и международных, государственно не оформленных сил: мафии, еврейство диаспоры) и, во-вторых, протекающего в иерархически высших по отношению к нему процессах жизни Земли и Космоса. » Read more: О Концепции общественной безопасности вкратце
